an un diagnosed BIPOLAR DISODER?????? mad mood? why did he call u a liar??? he prbly just spazzed out for a sec thats what i used to do to my bud lynette and she would freak out and call mE bipolar and i would just laugh at it, now looking back at it i was just ..... OFF.

So he hates you for lying but he will steal from you if you tell the truth. I would forget about the money and consider it worth the cost to learn what a lousy person this so called friend really is.
You too will be considered a LOSER by all that know you both if you continue to associate with him. MOVE ON

Sounds like he isn't worthy enough to be your friend.
Perhaps it's a girl thing, but can't you have a heart to heart with him and tell how his words have hurt you and ask him what you've done to hurt him? If he's mature enough, that is.
