aww, he adopted it! my ferret Keawea adopted a little stuffed dog and pulles it up to her hammock in the corner of her cage every night and sleeps with it. She even goes up to check on it when we let her and her brother Rascal out to play. It is sooooooo cute. Maybe he is trying to feed it?

Oh my God! i idea my kittens were the in hardship-free words ones who ever positioned toys contained in the water!! I have had cats my total existence and not one of the others have ever finished that. Rocky quite likes to positioned his shoelace, which he incorporates all around the residing house, contained in the water. rather a lot each and every morning it is back contained in the water. I have watched him and it variety of sounds like he purely likes watching it splash and make the water pass. I have 2 water bowls proper next to at least one yet another, a million is used with the aid of both dogs and all 4 cats, the different is used purely with the aid of the cats (i do not comprehend why). Rocky places his toys commonly contained in the cat water bowl. Rocky (9 months) and Carson (rather a lot 2 years) both also yet crinkly balls and small crammed toys contained in the water. I used to imagine the toys purely bounced or were accidently dropped in, yet now i'm confident they purposely positioned the toys in. a minimum of with Rocky, i'm rather particular he's purely fidgeting with the water at the same time as he does it... he also likes to stroll contained in the water bowl at the same time as it is empty.

Be happy it is eating well. This is just an instinct taking over.. trying to keep it away from poo. Your farret will not poo close to where he eats.. Try to clean the cage regular. The squeek dinosour is special to him. If it gets covered in poo, he will not want to play with it or chew on it anymore. He is just putting it in a clean spot to take care of it :)

Mine does things like that when she wants fresh food, something different to eat, or just wants attention!
When mine does that I try giving her fresh food & attention by feeding her treats like cat treats, fruits, and such (be very interactive with ur ferret while doing this).... then she stops doing it for a week or so!

Hehehe....that's a ferret for you. Just trying to keep you on your toes. Maybe he doesn't have enough places to hide his stash? How much time does he get out of his cage?

Aw, idk but that is so cute. I have two ferrets of my own and they are always doing crazy but cute things. Is it like a baby to the ferret? Perhaps he or she is trying to give it a home?
