I have this RAZR V3c a couple of days ago my screen went blank all of a sudden and you could only see a white screen. I tried everything to fix it I took out the battery, turned the phone off and on, tried charging the phone but nothing seemed to work. The phone still worked i could make calls and recieve them and I can do everyting else. Now my phone went black and the screen does not work at all the numbers and everything still light up but I cannot make any calls anymore or receive them or do anything else not even turn off and on the phone. A couple of days ago I took it to U.S Cellular which are my services providers and they told me some liquid got in it and made a part rust on the inside. They also told me it was not covered under warrenty because liquid got into the phone. I have always been careful with my phone have never dropped it nor spilled water or any sort of liquid in it so i dont belive that is the problem. What could be the problem and what could i do to get it fixed

Dont talk to people in the store. They are required to give you a new replacement under a one year warrenty. Read the box it came in and call the US Cellular number or the number on back of your original receipt and explain your problem to them.

I sell phones and I see this all the time. There are a lot of ways "liquid" could have gotten in your phone. If you ever take it in the bathroom when you shower steam can get in. If you ever set it in your cupholder after having a drink in there the condensation from the drink can get in/on the phone. Sweat is another big one. If you don't have insurance then unfortunately you will need to buy a new phone
