there are usually alot of things teenagers go through--not all teenagers go through the same thing but one thing all teens go through is sex--they feel like they are the only ones going through it---soif someone has something curious aboutthen they havearight to ask---
they ask on here and otherplaces to see if maybe their parents are telling them the right things--even though truth be known---their parents were having sex when they were 14 yrs old--i am not a parent--but i was having major sex at that age--
if you think parents arent telling the kidswhats right and wrong---alot of parents do and alot dont--alot of parentsfeel that as the teen grows older he or she will come to know who they are and what they want---and learn on their own--other parents--which more than likely were havingsex at 13 and 14 yrs old---freak out and are hypocrytes about the whole sex thing--
all i say is you know what you want and when the time comes youwill take that step and do so--just remember--no glove no love---which means where protection---and be safe--and thats all parents can hope for
and that doesnt make a parent a bad parent==

Cluelesness? It seems a lot of schools these days are failing to teach sex ed properly, blame it on the right-wing christian movement to try and make everything about religion.

Sex is the way we continue the species, and of course we have a ton of hormones in us telling us to have sex so it is a "natural" topic.
Now I'm all worked up so I'm going to go get some. ;-)

well, for one, you are all in the wrong category. this category is for the parenting of teens. NOT A TEEN CHAT ROOM! for two, i'm sure that teens these days are curious about sex and find it hard to talk to their parents.

they are either 14 yr olds whose parents don't do their jobs (the talks about the birds and the bees) or child predators trying to pose as kids.

guess their lives are boring and they look to their basest insticts to entertain themselves...instead of trying to cultivate their minds and personalities and spirits.....they concentrate on what comes without any work at all.....it would be work if they concentrated on controlling their urges and actions ...and , in this way, prepare themselves for adulthood as moral and ethical persons.
