my cell phone has mp3. how can i put songs in it. the cell phone is a Lg M4410.?

It all ready comes with the cd. when i try to connect it to my computer it tells me "THIS PORTISBEING USED BY ANOTHER PROGRAM."

You need to find out what program is using the port, and turn it off. Or, can the program for your phone be configured to use a different port? Most can.
