Try "Bill Cosby Live."
It's from the early 80s, but is well-regarded as a comedy classic. No profanity at all. You won't be disappointed.

Bill Cosby is very good. I could be wrong but I think Seinfeld may keep it pretty clean (I could be wrong.) Also try Bob Newhart.

BRIAN REGAN!!! he is soooo funny. he talks about real life things, like walking into a spider web or forgetting someone's name, and he's completely clean. my dad and i went to see him together this year (i'm 17) and he was hilarious. nothing dirty at all!! his cd is called Brian Regan Live - it's hysterical! you'll love it!

I was always fond of Mitch Hedberg. Occasionally cursed, but his jokes were light-hearted and silly.
