Well, it was not the blow.job I was worried about. It was all the technology he sold China that concerns me. How about the times Clinton was offered Osama and we had info that he was directly connected to several of the terrorist bombing that occurred overseas?

Of course, if you want to talk about the blow.job. How about the Pres of the States getting up on the stand and committing perjury? If his relationship was no big deal, why lie? Or you could say the moral implication of what he said and did was long lasting. There is a whole generation of kids that now think that a blow.job is not sex. Is that a problem? I think it is.

Of course, you could go with his answer to "Why did you do it?" , "Because I could" as a sociopaths answer.

But, I keep going back to the fact our military secrets were for sale to the highest bidder.

I don't think anyone could, in good conscience, compare the two. The thing is, I don't think anyone is even trying to make that argument anymore. Look around, a majority of the country, and that includes the Republicans, are no longer backing this war. Republicans everywhere are speaking out against the war and quietly turning away from Bush. I'm all for party loyalty but when you have to start distorting reality to make all the pieces fit there's a problem. There are a few stalwarts who will argue that Bush can do no wrong but their voices are a radical minority.

Well, Clinton did BOTH. During the Balkan War, we were led to believe (by Clinton and the idiot Europeans) that it was justified because the Serbs were barbarians, like the German Huns of WW1. Turns out, ALL of the various ethnic groups there were blood thirsty, the Serbs just happened to have the upper hand.

At war's end, the forces all moved out of the area and left the Serbs at the mercy of their enemies, where many were butchered, especially in Kosovo. All based on a lie.

BTW, 10,000+ civilians were killed in the Balkan War, and you saw very LITTLE protest by the Democrats and socalled "liberals" and the Europeans. Contrast that to now, when it's one long shower of shi t about "civilian deaths" in Iraq, and most recently, in Lebanon. They march in demonstrations at the UN and everywhere else. Where were their demonstrations during the Balkan War? There were VERY few. I guess war is ok, if approved of by Democrats and Europeans. Sheer hypocrisy. Disgusting. Reprehensible. Adjectives fail me...

I thought the Iraqis were the prisoners of that evil dictator (that our CIA put in power.) I thought we were liberating them. Jack S just wants to liberate them from life, I guess. Like Bush does.

Clinton was not offered Osama - you could read the actual story on that and get actual facts, but that wouldn't be as fun, I know. Maybe since Bush Sr was actually having breakfast with some bin Ladens on the morning of 9/11, Bush coulda found Osama. Oh, yeah, Bush Jr said he isn't worried about Osama.

Lastly, why on earth was Clinton's sex life any of anyone's business? Especially since most of the republicans bringing these 'charges' were cheating on their own wives - including Gingrich who left a SECOND sick wife for a young thing while tryin to bring down Clinton.

The whole attack on clinton was orchestrated because he was EFFECTIVE at using govt to help people. And the Bush Crime Family above all wants you to give up on govt.

First of all, its a matter of ethics. If your married, you shouldn't be fooling around with someone else. Second, it was an affair not just one "********". Third, as a world leader you have an obligation to set an example for the people to follow and aspire to be like. As far as the war, there really is no war your just imagining it. Saddam never tortured anyone or supported terrorists. France and Russia took all the weapons out when they knew we were going to invade. This was because they were the ones selling them to him. I once had a friend who was from the Ukraine. His name was Dimitri, he defected to the US when he was in the world games for weightlifting in the late 80's. He showed me a book which he would translate for me sometimes at lunch. It was the Communist Partys 50 year plan for taking over the United States which was written in 1954. A couple of points he used to make all the time were, They would take over one of the political parties, probably the Democratic Party since they were already slanting toward the socialist agenda. They wanted to come in the back door to get their agenda infused in our society. Their thought was everyone was equal and should all be paid the same no matter what type of work they did and that the government should take care of everyone and help them plan out their life. That the government knew what was best for everyone. That they should cause strife within the various ethnic groups and keep them segregated from each other as this would keep them fighting with each other, and cause unrest in the inner cities. They wanted to take over the various medias by having a clear cut slant toward their agenda. This included newspapers, radio, motion pictures and the new medium of television. They wanted to promote homosexuality as this would cause a decline of moral values and make us more submissive to extreme changes in our culture. That the churchs influence over the people should be destroyed so the people would have no hope and would look to them for help. (Remember religion was banned in the USSR untill the wall fell). Even though our country was founded on religious principles, it needed to be pushed completely out of the government and eventually out of our lifes. These are just some one the things that I remember. I also remember when he would read this stuff to me, I used to say no way that would ever happen here. Our people are too smart to ever fall for that kind of stuff. No wonder he used to laugh and say someday I would realize it was already happening and then it would be too late.

Oh lets talk about lying, Enron, lets see, went busted, lied about sold the stock to the public under a whole passel of lies. Ugh, Nothing like a good ole Clinton lie, course I might have liked it if he told the truth----but never got a chance to find out.

I believe that the stock market is a fickle thing, if you told the truth about all those corporations going broke, then, Clinton's only legacy, which was a lie, would have collapsed around him.

It is. If a person cheats on the person that they chose to be their life mate, then they will have no problem lying to everyone else. Bush used the information he was given. Saddams own generals thought that they had large stockpiles of weapons ready to use. Some were found but most had been shipped out of the country.
