They say you need at least 8 hours of sleep, I'm an insomniac and i only get about 4-5 hours of sleep.

Haha yep I snore because I wake myself up sometimes. Having a deviated septum causes alot of mine. When I am really tired, I snore.

5 hours wlll get me by.Sleep is a waste of good time. Occasionally there are those crash and burn days-6 days a week@10 hours a day and my art ,music and this stuff.!

i don't require much sleep..maybe 4 to 5 hours a night
