I use a paintless dent repair service they do a great job and most of the time given access to the back of the dent they can make it go away. Guard beams and the very edge of of a door or fender they cannot push out the dent. But most of the time great results! The time my moutain bike fell off the wall onto my car really looked bad but for $175 dollars and four hours the car looked almost as good as not dented

if there in a place where you can get behind them,,they can be pushed out,,or as we body men call it worked out,,you have to take your time though,,if you get in a hurry you,ll mess up,,you can use the handle of a screw driver ,,or a soft object to help you with this,,it is a very time consuming job,,and it will try your patience,,other than that there is no really cheap way to get them out,,if you go to a body shop,,there going to charge a lot to do it,,so the cheapest way is do it your self,,i hope this help.s.
