me.. i use to live in a house in which we had a lot of "abnormal" activity! it was creepy.. but we got use to it.
And no i am not crazy or dilusional. This stuff is for real. Besides its not like i was the only person in my family to see things in that house.

A few times. It started happening when I was 5 yo. 6 of us heard metallic banging noises. Later, the same day...I was not the only one who saw it. My cousin saw it too. It was bluish, white, transluscent. It floated across the room, just above the floor. It was robed, very much like the pictures of Jesus. It did not acknowledge our presence.
However, the next day, I found my metal sand bucket smashed and rusted. It was only 1 day old. It was not where I had left it the day before. I always felt that was the banging noise we all heard.
I've heard footsteps upstairs, doors open, felt the brush of a hand on mine when there is noone but me in the house. (2 weeks ago) Things come up missing, then reappear somewhere else.
I can sometimes smell my sister's cologne. She has been dead for 12 years.
I have seen a partially clothed half cat, half human thing that filled the doorway from the living room to the kitchen. It was about 6 feet tall, over 3 feet wide.
My brother and I have heard heartbeats that seemed to come from somewhere other than this world. Boooom, Boom, Boooom, Boom.
I have seen faces on the computer monitor with it turned off. I saw a dark creature standing at the end of my bed. Not only were the eyes red, the facial features were also red. It was hideous. I never want to see that again. Ever.
I don't know why I have to always be the one they choose to show up for.
Anyone can tell you that ghosts don't exist, I know they do. Until the day a person witnesses a ghost, they may have any opinion they wish. People also used to say that the Panda did not exist.

Claiming to have seen a ghost is not "crazy". I used to see ghosts a lot when I was really young. It may have been my imagination playing tricks on me, but I've heard that children have a keen sense to the supernatural because of their innocence. I did recently see a ghost in my living room, and my basement is pretty haunted from time to time. A lot of orbs show up down there, and you can sometimes hear voices or muffled speaking. I tend to feel ghosts more than I see them. If you want to experience a ghost, a haunted place should definitely please you. Try Mansfield Reformatory... he-he-he...

Spirits, ghosts, ancestors, yes. It's common in our culture & society. Often with witnesses as we see and hear together without hallcigenens. (misspelled?)
I can relate numerous occassions. What is your purpose? 1. to study actual occasions for reports. 2. To know how? 3. Your a scientist to prove or disprove?
The paranormal groups are preoccupied with ghosts. I personally limit access to me by spirits as I am a living human and need time for other activities. My door is open to relatives, friends and mostly spirits who are recommended by them on some occassions I allow interuptions but the ghosts, per se of someone who was an annoying person in life is not welcome. I don't want do gooder ghosts either. I enjoy my dreams and dream travels without them. I find it annoying that humans listen to ghosts who they would not listen to if they were alive.
I enjoyed my grandmother's protection for a time after her death and then she left. I asked why she was going and she stated that I didn't need her anymore... she was satisfied all was well with me. My cousin, who we shared Granddad Jake, who was a Free Will Baptist Preacher, and mighty good at it too, visited her but that's second hand.
My elder often appeared at nite as in like a fire side chat but departed a few months ago and sent me a living friend to practice healings.
Once we had a huge council at my home. 500 came with suggestions and instructions and it was enlightening but also exhausting as it was many hours without sleep.
Winterfire and I encountered a family outside a home while traveling back from Dallas to Oklahoma. It was very startling when they suddenly disappeared. We both exclaimed as we were in the van traveling. That's how we knew we both saw.
I wondered at the visions but it was more like an awareness of what could or would happen. It was of no importance but to me. I have learned that prophecy is as a perception that can shimmer (change) with me or with others (I persume) and is not alarming. However sometimes I enjoy telling the predictions as they are exciting and delightful to anticipate. I usually only tell these to my family clan.
The frightening visions... I learned by my elder to stop the film and look around the frame past the borders and deep into the scene. I then often pick a differ route to persue. This seems to work. I call it shimmering as we sort of dream a different prediction.
We train/teach/inform the children how to envision and express this without terrorizing them with disbelief or guilt. We consider it a gift of all of us. If your child hears voices then write for the child the words said. Reassure the child that any words from that reality is not urgent but can be handled by the adults to take there burden away of action. Don't be going off screaming and putting pills into them. Or scaring them. The dead and spirits are always among us.

Yeah.
When I first move in my husband's house, I saw someone going in the kitchen. The thing is, I'm alone in the house and all the doors are locked. I didn't tell anybody until a few months later, then they told me something is in the house.
Then my husband and I moved from our old place. During the day, I'm alone with my son, about 2 years old back then, my husband is at work. I saw a small boy running in our living room. My son is fast asleep in our bedroom. I just came out of the room at the time I saw a boy running towards the dining area. I followed but no one was there. I went back to our bedroom, my son is still sleeping.
Then one night, I was sleeping beside my son, my husband was still at work, I woke up with the same boy climbing on me. I started praying and it disappeared.
After that incident, my son become sick and we decided to pray and bless the house with Holy Water.
The boy never came back.
Another incident was when I gave birth to my daughter, my husband is always away due to his work. My aunt from overseas just died and haven't seen my daughter, she came for a visit one night. I was sleeping in the room with my son, my mother-in-law, and my daughter in a cot. The door opened quietly, my m-i-l and I heard the door but we kept quiet. Just as quietly, it closes again. We didn't say anything until the next day.
The last I saw something was 2 years back. I woke up and saw a man sitting on our bed. I thought it was my husband, but when I look, my husband was fast asleep beside me. A few days later, I saw the same man standing beside the bed watching my husband who was fast asleep.
And one more thing, when my daughter was a few months old, I left her in the cot, my father-in-law was in the next room sleeping, I sent my son to kindie, just a few minutes walk. Upon my return, I heard my daughter crying and I heard a man's voice trying to sooth her. When I came to the room, my daughter was alone crying because she fell down on the cot. She was okay. I know no one came out of the room. I checked my f-i-l, he's still asleep.
I'm not hallucinating or anything because I don't do drugs, don't take alcohol or even smoke.
It seems not all people can see, only some can. Some can only feel but not see. Some can only see at the side of their eyes.
Lucky are those who cannot feel or see at all. They don't have to live with ghost and spirits all the time.
Yeah, before I forgot, one time, my husband and I was househunting. We saw this beautiful house and we checked it out. In one part of the house I felt uneasy. I didn't say anything then because it is an unspoken rule not to say anything at the time so as not to provoke the spirit there. After we left the house, my husband gave a sigh a relief and I asked him if he felt it too. He said yes, one part of the house is like just waiting for a murder to happen there. That's exactly how I feel. Pity because it's a very beautiful house.

Well, I didn't see the ghost itself...but evidence of it. Does that count? Here's my story: I used to live in a house built in the 1840s which at one time was a girls' school. We used to find old-fashioned bobby pins laying around the house in odd places, and at the time I had short hair & didn't even own any bobby pins. One time in particular that I recall happened when my son, who was about 5 at the time, was playing the piano & I asked him to move so I could dust it. He moved, I dusted it, no bobby pins. He sat back down and yelled, "Mommieeeee! The girls are back!" When I looked, there were several bobby pins strewn across the piano keys. It happened often enough that he'd picked up our habit of calling them "the girls". We never actually saw the girls, just their bobby pins. :)

Yes, but not just seen and not just once. The one that scared me the most was when I was spending the night at a friend's home. She convinced me to check out this old abandoned house next to hers that had been burned on the inside. It was an old-fashioned brick home. When we went to go in, a chill went down my spine and I backed out slowly. That night, I awoke and saw two beady-red eyes glaring at me from the second floor window. I had seen the floor near that window...there was no way to get to that window. When I looked again, the eyes were gone. It really scared me. Later, on April, I received a spooky phone call from a man warning me to, "Stay out of my house." I thought it was my friend playing a joke on me and hung up the phone. Two seconds later, my phone rang again with the same person and same spooky warning, this time more adament about it. It sent chills down my spine, so I said okay and hung up. To this day, I still won't go near that house.

No, I have never witnessed a ghost experience personally. But I do know ppl who claim to have seen or heard them. Very "legitimate", "normal" people, too- not just weirdos.
So go figure...I'm keeping an open mind. Maybe someday I'll see one!!

Yes I have definetly seen some. Most of them out of the corner of my eyes, but some come strong. I keep seeing this dark shape that looks like something out of a horror movie, with a raincoat and hat, like a fisherman, or something. He just lingers and stares, he also seems to move things around, in my house.

I haven't seen any, but I felt one, and my friend with me saw it. I was at a friends house for a jam session (music). We had been playing in the basement, but were invited upstairs to eat. I was the first one to come down afterwards, and as soon as I got to my keyboars, I felt an ice cold presence on my back, and knew someone was behind me. My friend came down and stopped dead in his tracks, his eyes wide open, he said there was an old man standing behind me. That was it for our jam session for the day. A wise man later told us it was a ghost of a man who had lived in the house long ago.
