I absolutely, positively LOVE my job! I work with developmentally disabled individuals. There is nothing more wonderful than coming home after a day of hugs and "I love you" (s), knowing that you made someone feel especially cared for and respected. The pay is shitty, but the rewards--- well, everyday you get to be with them is a reward in itself.
