yes. i have headaches every day. sometimes i get sick too.

I do, often. Usually by afternoon I have a headache. It's the kind of headache that feels like someone is hammering a nail into my head, pulsating over and over, and always hurts on the left side of my head. Moving (standing up, walking) makes it hurt even more.
Sometimes it lasts for more than a week, nonnnn stop. It's pretty sucky.
I think most of my headaches are caused by fluctuating blood sugars (I'm diabetic and I notice whenever my sugar drops by a few levels, I get a headache a few hours later every single time.) But sometimes it seems it's for no reason. Probably lack of sleep or too much caffeine or something.

Yep. I just talked to my doctor about it. I was in a vicious cycle. Headache, Excedrine, can't sleep. Repeat the next day. (Excedrine has caffeine which is why I couldn't sleep.) She gave me some samples of some migraine medicine without caffeine to try.

Do you smoke ? Reason i ask. Is before i quit smoking i kept a headache. now since i quit . I very seldom have one.

i used to....i think it was because i was dehydrated. make sure youre drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day (and caffeinated beverages DONT count).
