Life, or God, has taught me that the way home is filled with ways to give your self up, and have ONLY HIM in your psyche. And, sad to say, I'm a retired mental health practitioner with 20+ years experience of telling people to be assertive and self-centered and self-this and self-that. I'm so glad you asked this question because maybe God can read this answer too, and realize that, even though I act far from Christian a lot of times, I haven't forgotten Him and have not forgotten where to place Him in my life, and where to put me in His life, and maybe He'll have mercy on me for not being quite perfect, by a few million miles, and welcome me Home / Heaven when He calls me. I thank God for your question. I know He hears me. God Bless you.

To Let us remember to Love one another, to not put value in the things of this world, but the things of the heart. Remember that this life is short in comparison to eternity and it is but an opportunity to choose Love rather than darkness. Let the Legacy of our Lives be something we can be proud of. If I never own anything and I am tossed about the world and the seas like a leaf displaced from a tree in autumn, let me still remember to Love and know joy in times of Light and Darkness......

Life has taught me to be patient and forgiving,Not to judge others so quickly, to not fall for every smile that's sent your way. That it is better to give then to recieve. To love one another even your enemies and that it's important to be humble and sweet but not a doormat.

Individuals are good, caring, helpful.
Groups of people are bad, due to the faceless/nameless aspects of being in a group. Less accountability, due to the "rules" of the system groups have.
When a person from a group does something "bad" the group hides it, instead of cutting the "bad" person off, (go to jail) - to keep the "good name" of the group - instead of thinking of humanities good.
I was sad to find out through a coworker that racism is still around.
That in the over 2000+ years of "western" civilization - we are not civil, and seem to actually enjoy killing. (Seems we must have a war somewhere so we can function as a human race?)
Also,
People love babies, puppies and kittens. oh, and vanilla ice cream.

Life has taught me that one of the most important things you can learn is the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes and learn from their experience. So, I have learned empathy. I have also learned that judgement is a bad thing.

true enough life is cruel n unfair in most cases. but that should not deter us from living life to the fullest extent.
we r who we choose 2 be. i choose 2 b among friends who can make me stronger. how do i do that?
i keep close to those people whom have lost their way 4 i too have lost my way once.
by making them strong i can be come stronger.
too many people had forgotten how nto help themselves n they are always distracted on the way out of their ****. i merely help them to stay focus n keep them on the right track.
bear in mind that we can only help people who are willing to help themselves.
that gives the the satisfaction of living n to live my life to the fullest extent.
