You will need to look at what your eating.
Try to cut down on the sugar and saltly
items. Drink a lot of water. Walk as much
as you can daily. Consider sit ups and keep
adding everyday at least 10 more. It will take
a while to reduce the belly fat. What about
skipping, swimming, look at other exercises
you enjoy to inspire you to look and feel better.

i do about 300-400 a day and it really helps but u wont see results over night you have to work on it

dont do surgery. very risky. why not try not eating much carbs {bread, potatos, crackers, chips}. eat friut and vegies. youll feel and look much skinier and better.

heavy excersise and low starches,,,cut out the high fructose corn syrup,,,if ya can,,,,I am having a problem with that one.
