i am 15 yrs old and about to go back to school. im going to b a fresh men so i dont want to look all bad i weigh 140 pounds and my stomach does look big. Besides that i cant really go out and excersice because i have to baby sit my little brothers and do house cleaning. anyone know how to loose weight fast without pills?

Stop eating junk food. Hold your brothers and jump or get up and down the stairs if you have stairs. Never sit still while watching TV. Never stand still while doing house cleaning. Turn on your music and shake up all the time. Do push-ups and sit-ups. .... There are tons of activities to get rid of extra fat. If you feel hungry between meals try fruits, vegetables, milk, but never ice cream or popcorn.

Monitor portions. Eat one cookie instead of two, etc. And just try to choose healthy options.

i think just walking is a good way for excersize..i have a pedometer (this little thing that counts how many steps u take) and it motivates me to just walk more around the house, because in the end i want to know how many steps i took in one day..that should be helpful
