My legs have pitting edemia and I'm not sure what to do or if it is normal. I'm calling the doctor in the morning, but just wanted some info tonight. My blood pressure has remained low (112/ 64). I'm 37 weeks and 5 days.

OEDEMA IS NORMAL IF THERE IS NO OTHER SYMPTOMS
yes its normal it can be just your lymphatic system unable to drain away all the fluid from your body.
We worry about preeclampsia in pregnancy which is also a cause of oedema but if you are otherwise well dont worry check you have

~~no elevated BP
~~no protein in your urine
~~good baby movements
~~no headaches blurred vision
~~no heartburn which is unrelieved by antacid
REPORT THESE TO YOUR DOC
put your feet up daily and good luck

Yes, it is completely normal in your last trimester. Just try to lay off of any sodium intake and elevate your feet as much as possible. Sounds like you have nothing to worry about with your BP WNL(within normal limits). Congrats and good luck!!

Very normal especially during the last few weeks. It gets worse when you get tired and after walking. I could make lima bean size indents and had normal blood pressure.
