its possible yes if the sperm is alive... but you must be either about to ovulate or actually ovulating when the semen enters your body for conception to possibly take place the average females cycle ranges from 26 to 30 day... give or take a few days... most women ovulate near the half way point between the first day of their last monthly and the start date of their upcoming monthly.. so if for example your last monthly started on july 7th and you normally have a 28 day cycle youd be most likely to conceive between July 18, to Sunday, July 23,
most women ovulate for 24-72 hours some a bit longer ...so you could actually still conceive even if you wernt ovulating when the semen entered your body... sperm can live in a womans body for as long as 5 days before it dies..

you might check into getting an appointment at a local planned paranthood tolearn more about the basic details of fertility and conception... you dont have to tell them anything you dont want to.. but you can ask them what you need to...

You'e heard all the stories about doing it with a turkey baster? Yeah, more or less that's how the clinics do it. You just have to keep the sperm in that semen alive and swimming long enough, I guess.

Ok, I know this is freakie, but you are female right? I mean this IS Yahoo. Just in case you're not a female, then ignore what I typed above, and change the answer to "no".
