Hi! I'm a shoplot developer from malaysia, and i'm just curious exactly what does doctors look for when they want to start up their very own clinic? Is it the location or the size or the features some shop provide? Anything is helpful cause i'm doing some brainstorming on how to attract doctors to buy my shops. Weird...but any ideas are welcomed.

Location, location, location!

Additionally, however, the space should be laid out in a manner which allows for a large enough waiting room, there should be sufficient space for several examination rooms, etc.

You may wish to speak to a few doctors and ask them what their ideal layout would be.

Hope this helps!

location (big market readily available?), rent terms and condition (flexible?), immediate neigbours (noisy tenants a big NO NO), car park facilities (easy for patient to find their parking spot?), safe community/ neigbourhood? (you never know, these days some unscrupulous people are so desperate they may just rob a clinic!)
