I been working for this company for 6 years and I Just found out that a co-worker female 42 is sleeping with the boss who's 66 years old, His is currently married for the past 25 years. My boss son "bryan" works in the same company knows about it. I was told by him that the father gave him a good amount of $$$ to big quiet about this. I told him why does he put up with this he say's " AM jUST WAITING FOR HIM TO DIE AND TAKE OVER. sHOULD I SAY SOMETHING TO THE WIFE AND IF SO I CAN I LET HER KNOW WITHOUT LOSING MY JOB.

Although I believe you would have the moral high ground, this is not something you should engage in unless it has a material affect on you life.
Are you friends with the wife, if the affair were revealed would it damage the company, is he discriminating against others in favor of her?
I don't agree with your boss' behavior whatsoever, but it doesn't sound like you have a reason to get involved at this point. But, don't let his affair put your job at risk.

don't butt in...it's really none of your business...and, lots of people are with people they sholdn't be with. Do you want to be known as the "town gossip" or the "moral police", or lose your job? No matter what you do it will only cause problems and nothing will be solved or change. So just stay out of it. People don't like it when other people try to put someobdy elses morals on them. That's their life and you have yours. Concern yourself with your own life, get busy, take a course, get a hobby, do more work, etc.
