all of my life i have been a loner. it is very hard for me to make friends. when i do, they seem to the the "black sheep" of their family. the ones who never quite added up to what the parents expect. I never know this until i get to be friends with them. It is my ora or what? I am the black sheep of my family and always will be.

hmmm interesting. Same for me. I think we are attracted to bad guys because they show some interest in us. Shy people won't go for other shy people because neither one would ever make a move, but the bad guy shows confidence and authority and that's what we go for. Plus we want some excitement to make up for our past lonely lives of boredom. I also think these guys are attracted to us because of our naivety and they see us as someone they can shape. Well that's my theory but as we mature, things can be different.

That's interesting that you say that because I attact people with mental problems and I have some of my own. I think you are just on the same mental and emotional level as these people and they recognize that thing in you that makes you like them and it creates a special bond that you can't really share with just anyone elce because it wouldn't be the same and they just wouldn't get it. It's not a bad thing, it's who you are.
