Hi, I guess the answer to your question depends on how your define "best." None-the-less, as someone who lives in Japan, and is currently researching Yaoi for a paper I am giving at a conference in Spain this fall, i am going to out on a limb and say that right now, in terms of story, art-work and transcendent theme (beyond the usual for yaoi) Ai No Kusabi is the best Yaoi I have run across.

in my opinion, Love Mode by Shimizu Zuki is the best Yaoi.

the best yaoi is the one on manga, its better then fanart, and my fave is on naruto just go to narutoyaoi.com and im sure you'll enjoy it, i know i did.
