You really need to have some topics of common interest lined up to talk about! Obviously you both like similar music, so start by chatting by that. The first time you talk to him, just say hi and say he sounded great and then say "by the way, my name's ____." If he takes it from there, great, keep talking! If not, next time just give a wave--then it will be his turn to initiate the convo, and hopefully Mr. Cutie will remember your name and use it! From there, you can go to phone numbers, email, etc.
Most guys really like a girl that takes a bit of initiative. I have a lot of male friends who are in bands and they prefer sweet girls who introduce themselves rather than party types that throw themselves at them. They like gals that are genuinely interested in their music enough to understand how they live and breathe it!
Good luck... I really sympathize, talking to your crush for the first time is hard. Just remember, before you talk to him, he's only a normal person, and once you do this once, it gets easier the next time, even if you are rejected the first time. Promise!

Hey, just go up and talk to the guy. at first, just be his friend, and then work up. Then when he's more comfortable to be around you, he'll probably ask you out as a little bit more than friends. You could tell when he's really starting to like you if you're having a bad day, then he put put his arms around you to make you feel much better. But the most important thing is to always be there for him. You mightwin him or not, but in the future he'll always be thinking about the person that was always therer for im: you. Don't like him just because he's a street dancer, but like him for the way he treats you, and the way he's inside. Good luck, I'll always be backing you up 110%.

If there is ever a time where the band hangs out with people just go up and start talking to him. Ask him about how he got involved in the band and stuff. Just be friendly. Don't act like a crazy groupie though.

Learn the names of your favourite pieces that they play, make sure you say hi to your neighbour and when you do, turn to talk to the cute guy and say you really liked the way they played [name of the piece]. Maybe ask what his favourites are. Do this for a few sessions then suggest coffee sometime eg "would you like to meet for a coffee sometime?". Or whatever your interest is, a drink, a movie etc.

Guys also like it when the girl makes the first move... sometimes something so easy is difficult, but take a chance and just talk to him directly.... find out a little about him through conversation and let things develop from there. Good luck :)

What else is there? Get up & talk to the guy!
Meet him backstage, strike up a conversation. Compliment on his performance and that you're a huge fan;)
Heck get an autograph that oughta get his attention.
Best of luck!

Just start talking to him...move into it slowly. Say hi. Compliment him on his playing...sounds good, right? Each week talk a little more and a little more. In a few weeks you may be going on a date. Guys love compliments (they have big echos)....top it with a sweet smile...and you'll capture his heart in no time!

just constantly ask your neighbor if hes busy.... sooner or later hell say i have to practice with his friend then when the friend is over ring his doorbell say that your bracelet is lost and it might be there then you will go in his house and say hello to the person you like and have a conversation with him and at the end of the conversation ask him for his e-mail and you can keep in touch

Go do the groupie thing. Walk up to him and tell him how much
you liked his playing and ask him how long he's been doing it
and where he learned ... and ... and ...
Eventually, maybe he'll ask you out for coffee. And maybe not.
Maybe you'll have to invite HIM out to coffee.
If he isn't interested, he isn't interested. Its not the end of the world.
