They don't keep records for that. But, there is some records of long at bats in big moments in history.

I have seen a 17 pitch at bat and the guy hit a home run on the 17th pitch. Not too long ago either maybe five years so I imagine the record is something like 25.

In 2004, Alex Cora of the dodgers fouled off 14 straight pitches before hitting a homerun.
