Grab a bike from Mitch's & go to little haiti, shoot at everyone &
everything you see.I said little haiti because there's a pay 'n' spray
there so you can spray your bike there if the cops follw you.
If that's tough for you, find a car & keep shooting at it with a "minigun", that'll do!
