I love most anything on the Food Network, but that Barefoot Contessa is the biggest waste of electricity there ever was. She is B O R I N G !!!!! ***snooze snooze***

Just about anything falling in the category of "reality". These shows are so over-dramatic and they're scripted for God's sake. Reality could not be farther from the truth.

Anything that's not on the History Channel. Everything else causes my brain to turn to mush and I just stare at the tv. I think I lose about 20 IQ points - it's scary!
