With the capture of the Islamic diaper heads in England that were planning on exploding planes over the Atlantic ocean,is there actually any one who still thinks Islam is a religon of peace & love for anyone not of their faith. If so, then why has the Islamic community not condemned or even tried to distance themselves from the actions of terrorists? Why is the Koran so full of hate for any other faith than their own? (i.e.)"If you cannot convert them, then you must make them poor & enslave them or kill the infidels." And don't be so lame as to use the worn uot saying,"You're profiling",or "Don't judge all of Islam for the actions of a few."or the patheticly over used "Raceist". This is a serious question. If you don't actually have an intelligent reply then don't!!!!!

Islam is a religion of peace. But like all religions a small fraction of a percent of its followers are fanatics who distort the teachings of the religion to serve their own twisted agenda.

Islam as a whole is no more responsible for the actions of radical terrorists than Christianity as a whole is responsible for the KKK or the Inquisition or the Oklahoma City bomber.

Christians as a group don't rise up and condemn the radical fundamentalists that bomb family planning clinics. Does that mean they condone these terrorist actions? Or does it just mean they have other things to do. When was the last time you saw a prominent Christian leader get up and condemn what Timothy McVeigh did. Or what Eric Robert Rudolph did in Atlanta. Or the people who commit hate crimes against gays in the name of Christianity. Shouldn't they be held the same standard?

And before people go quoting the Koran, they should look at what the Christian Bible commands. The thing is, only a fanatic fundamentalist takes that kind of hate-based rhetoric literally.

Some people reject these arguments as unintelligent because they don't agree with them. That doesn't make them correct. It just makes them closed-minded.

The problem is those idiots are blaming Allah (God) for what they're doing.God never said to kill or mame. Those religious freaks distort the bible, or Koran to suit their needs. It's not the religion that needs to be fixed, it's the people. They have been at war with themselves since the beginning of time. They want everything we have, and are jealous because we have it.I am a profiler and a racist when it comes to them.I wish the U.S. would completely cut off the Middle East.No imports and NO Exports.Eat your goddamn oil,..we have our own.One day we will probably find out that all the oil in the world is connected through underground lakes and rivers, and when it's out , it's out! We need to stop giving them money and let them suffer. And any country that does business with those terrorists, gets the same treatment.

Yes, I do. Have Christians never engaged in terror or killed anyone? How about the UDA or the IRA in Ireland? Devout Christians who killed innocent civilians and soldiers using terror tactics. Can we allow that small minority to speak for the rest of us? Certainly not. I know Muslims who are peaceful, loving, hard working Americans, Brits, Canadians and so on, who abhor terrorism same as you and me.

It's a scary world out there I know. It's easy to take that fear and turn it into hate but if you do, you let the terrorists win, you let them terrorize you. It's a free country and I can't tell you what to do but I hope you will reach out to some Muslims before writing them all off and tell them what you just said here. I think you will be surprised by what you find my man.

You've hit the nail on the head, Scott.

All I can add is this: Religion in the U.S. of A. is given too much of a free pass. As though the way these people think deserves our RESPECT--in the name of religious freedom.

Islam is far, far worse than that despicable Christianity. If anyone would actually READ the Koran "Kill the infidels" was the swan song on 9-11-2001. It's too bad many people including government leaders think it's a bunch of fringe terroists. Those terrorists were middle to upper class people who assimilated right into society, yet it was their religious BELIEFS that caused them to brutally murder innocent people.

1. Koran is full of hate as much as your bible is full of pecae. Here is the result, US occupying Iraq, vietnam, afghanistan peacefully with just a few poelpe exploding every day.
2. your government is democratic, and you people have elected it, so you are responsible for its actions. this means if your government ruins other countries it should expect its people to be blown up.
3. Due to your role model's (george W bush's) speeches, middle eastern countries do not have a democratic government, so their people are not actually responsible for the misbehaviour of their governments. thus, if people get blown up in London the cause is not muslims/arabs nations, the cause is their government.
4. If you and idiots like you start thinking and not getting trapped by mass media, how a dummy like G W B is going to collect votes.
5. It's good to know that over 300 billion dollars is already wasted in middle east(for mass destruction weapon and Al qaida, non of which are found yet).
6. Don't regret the 300 billion, that does not belong to you, it belongs to your masters (mostly the smart jews).
7. Be proud of yourself, you are the product of the modern slavery system. YOU ARE A STUPID BELIEVER!!!

Hmm....Looks like that Islam is nothing but a faith of hate, death, and destruction! I wonder how it managed to survive this long and to "Lure" 1/5 of the planet's population. Perhaps it's time for us to do our own research and to stop believing everything Fox news and some "Prophets of Peace" have to say.

Have you actually read the Holy Qu'ran from cover to cover? If you have then you wouldn't be asking this hateful question. Islam is peaceful, it promotes love, tolerance and understanding for people of their religion and non-Muslims, the book also promotes education for women.
