Snicker snicker...shame on you Matthew..snicker snicker.....um..heh heh...actually you can keep yourself clean by old-fashioned soap and water. Just use a soft washcloth (make certain to rinse it out afterwards) and wash, rinse and then dry yourself with a soft towel. If you're asking about after having sex, then you might want to keep some babywipes in the bedroom for quick washes. They work very well. You don't need anything fancy to keep yourself clean. Well, if you could clean yourself like my cat does, you'd never leave the house, now would you.....lololololololol
OR, you could try water, soap, wash cloths. That kind of thing. Bath, shower, whatever. Just don't forget to dry off before you put your pants on.

Try an enema. Those work if you are looking to really clean yourself out. Follow by washing with warm soap and water. Happy cleansing!

Ok antibacterial soap warm water. Make sure you dry completly to avoid bacteria growth. Change your underpants daily or after excessive farting or bowl movements. If you have diariara you should use antibacterial wipes to cleanse afterwards.

Usually the shower works. You know, the whole soap and water thing, (trust me, it works). Try it, you'll be amazed at how clean you can get!

Well just be sure you get all the areas good with you fave saop or bady wash. Wash rinses reapeat. Dont be afraid to touch rub or pentrate.
