On the game,GTA San Andreas, what is the best way to do.....?

Zero's mission. You know the one flying the plane to get the delivery people. Please help, keep losing fuel.

Take out the bike first. Turn around and get the van by the park. Get the other van on this side of town by landing behind it then opening fire (the passenger is a good shot). 2 left on the other side of town. Take out which ever one you come to first. land behind the motorcycle and line up to take it out quick (again the passenger is a good shot).

Only other trick to this is to fly straight to the next target and to hold down the throttle the entire time you are flying. Letting off the throttle doesn't save gas (the gas gage is really just a timer).

Just keep pressing the fire button if your lined up with the van/bike you'll hit it sometimes the guys get out of the van/ off the bike this is when there easiest to kill, this mission takes alot of patience and a little bit of luck just keep doing it and eventually you'll figure it out!

Supply Lines?
I have played that mission almost 50 times and I cannot beat it. I have done everything else in the game.
There are some on-line strategies but they didn't work for me.
I think it is some skill and a lot of luck.

land your plane near the vehilce/person then shoot them
just rotate the plane without lifting it off the ground
