Contact your local bylaw and humane society or SPCA. They are trained to handle these things, and your complaint will be private (not known to the person who collects animals). Animal hoarders often think they are doing something great for the animals, and they need help to see that they are actually harming them.

Call animal control first thing in the morning and report her. As far as communicating with her that is the officers problem. He is there to ensure the animals are cared for properly.

Please don't wait any longer. Many people wait until the animals are in such poor condition before calling. The animal control has no choice but to put them to sleep. This way they can find them good homes.

Unlike the agencies on TV most agencies don't have vet staff for sick and injured animals.

If you don't want to leave your name tell them you wish to remain anonymous. They still have to investigate.

well just because she has a diablity dose not put her above the law animal abuse is animal abuse even if the person is deaf ,blind, short, fat ect... don't let her being deaf allow you to do nothing for the poor animals.... PLEASE call animal control and discribe the conditions and so then they should investigate her home and the animals and deside ....if it is as bad as you say they will seize/take the animals to get them healty and find them homes if the can....if it is not as bad as you say but is still bad they will put her on notice and come periodicly and see if the conditions improve if they do not start to improve they will seize the animals...so they can have a chance to have a good life :) even if she means well thats not enough .... good intentions are one thing..good care is another... ya see?!good question!!

You need to call your county's Animal Care and Control. Every county has one, and they'll be in the phone book. They will come out to your house and seize the animals. They are living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions, and are not being taken care of. You don't even have to give your name when you call if you are afraid of retaliation. You can make an anonymous call, but you really need to do it. Those poor animals need someone to speak up for them!

I would notify animal control. People that collect pets have a real psychological problem. They won't stop even if they can't care for the pets. Its better to get the pets out before they get hurt or pose health risks to the sick woman.

Call the ASPCA. It's the right thing to do for the animals. Just make it an anonymous call. Heck, you might even get her on Animal Cops!

Oh dear,

Laws dont discriminate, everyone has to obey them. Call animal control, animal welfare or SPCA near you.

Tell them the situation and they will come out and act accordingly. Don't feel bad about doing it. She needs to learn and quickly.

I'd turn her into the humane society...they will come take the animals and explain to her that it is wrong to collect them like that.

I'd call non-emergency police number and explained that I'm dusturbed by noises.

It would be awsome to call animal control, but I wouldn't know how to go about it or where to find their number. Yellow pages, maybe?
