Honestly what did he do?
All joking and 'name' calling aside..What did he accomplish?
I know you lefties will cry economy, economy! Ok, I'll go along with that (somewhat). But let me remind you that the legaslative branch (House and Senate) make and ultimately pass laws.
Executive (President) signs, veto's or does nothing. If nothing I believe 30 days and it becomes law.
Remember, Republicans were in control of Congress 6/8 years of Billy.
I know the Chinese and the North Koreans loved Billy
Who can turn down the best military secrets available (Chinese)
Who can turn down 6 Billion Dollars to make weapons? (North Koreans)
The looneys don't like Bush because he stands for what is right.
What is right isn't always popular and what is popular isn't always right.
I could go on
But seriously, what did Bill do?

Pure comedy, look at these loonies that don't understand government.
The president really doesn't have any power.
Power lies in Congress

Every time a looney left talks about the "rich" I love that,
They are so stupid. Ever heard of tax brackets? WHen you make more money you eventually go into a new tax bracket. Therefore you pay more taxes. THE RICH PAY ALL THE TAXES. 83.88% of all federal income taxes are paid by the wealthiest 25% of americans. IRS calandar year 2003

He gave us years of Monica and cigar jokes. Isn't that enough?
Clinton's greatest political skill was seeing which way the 'poll'itical winds were blowing, running that way and yelling, "Follow me!"

When are you people going to give up. You couldnt beat him in two elections and Bush cant come close to his leadership. The strongest economy in history, the longest period pf peace in history, we were a beacon of hope and peace real jobs that paid were being created.
This guy (Bush) has been nothing but war, debts, weak economy, jobs going to other countries and the list goes on and on. By the way, when Clinton left office we had a 5 trillion surplus, now we have a 8 trillion dollar deficit. Thats a loss of 13 trillion dollar loss. That horrendous and irresponsible.
Now why dont you neocons just give it up and take responsibility for the fact that your guy has been a complete failure.

I agree John, I think that Bill Clinton did nothing. However, dubya sure has been busy hasn't he? He allowed this country to fall under one of the worst terror attacks in U.S history. Then he decided to go to war with Iraq. Interestingly enough, Iraq was not a breeding ground for terrorism until after the troops were sent in. I have no doubt in my mind that George W. thinks he is doing the right thing, that is the frightening part. Yet, we are losing the war and he is losing his approval rating rapidly. It sort of makes one long for those days when the President didn't do a whole lot and allowed the American people to govern themselves instead of infringing on civil liberties.

You said, all joking aside and I believed you. Then it's one punchline after another.
Excuse me! The president doesn't really have any power! Are you Dick Cheney?
A billion and a half dollars a week spent on warring in Iraq and things are getting worse every day. This is not popular AND it is wrong in so many ways.
What in the world have you been snorting?

His domestic priorities as President included efforts to create a universal health care system, improve education, increase local police forces, restrict handgun sales, balance the federal budget, strengthen environmental regulations, improve race relations, promote equal rights, and protect the jobs of workers during pregnancy or medical emergency.
With approval from Congress, he raised income taxes on the wealthiest taxpayers in 1993. His most dramatic domestic move was the radical reform of the welfare system in 1996 in cooperation with Republicans who had taken control of The House of Representatives.
Internationally, his priorities included reducing trade barriers, supporting the North American Free Trade Agreement, preventing nuclear proliferation, mediating the Northern Ireland peace process and Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, and commanding military intervention to end the wars in Bosnia and the Kosovo.
He engaged in air attacks on Iraq, most notably in Operation Desert Fox, and funded efforts to overthrow Saddam Hussein.
In 1996, the GOP passed a budget with significant spending cuts thinking that Clinton could either sign the bill (a major political defeat) or veto it (resulting in a shutdown of most government services).
GOP leaders believed that their recently energized supporters would stand with them, while the shutdown would be blamed on Clinton's veto of the spending bills.
Clinton instead vetoed the bills and staged a media blitz, rallying his constituencies to blame the shutdown on the Republicans. The public largely agreed with Clinton's interpretation of the situation, and the Republicans suffered a major political defeat and cost them Congressional seats in the 1998 midterm elections.
The perception that the congressional Republicans were dangerous reactionaries stayed with them for the remainder of the Clinton presidency, and Clinton repeatedly made skillful use of this perception to pass his initiatives while blocking theirs.
That's politics.

Let’s talk about what he didn’t do, because Bill didn’t do a lot of things. Bill didn’t engineer any bogus wars costing thousands of lives, and hundreds of billions of dollars. Bill didn’t arrange to give 17 billion dollars to international oil companies as incentives while they made record profits. Bill didn’t help our dollar loose 1/3 of its value, and Bill didn’t make sure the richest people in America got some extra fat tax cuts.
Bill might not be my favorite person, but he never actually made me ashamed to be an American, which is something Georgie boy has done.

Supposedly, Bill facilitated the Arkansas drug transfers for the Republicans (Iran/Contra, CIA drug deals, etc.) when he was governor. That's why they made him president until the next Bush could take over. He was one of the best Repugnican presidents ever, as far as corporations and Globalization is concerned (can you say "New World Order"?)
That's why they had to demolish Ok City's government building: to get rid of the files on the Mena airfield.......

What have Bush done so far??? Cut taxes for the rich, start an illegal war, lied to the American people, shred the Constitution, set science back years by not allowing full stem cell research, failed to assist people in New Orleans. Oh wait, he is good at taking long vacations and clearing brush at his ranch.
