Not sure what your "so many web [sites]" comment is supposed to mean, but here's three of them:

Subscribe to Astronomy Magazine. There's a fold-out star chart in every monthly issue.

for an up to date local one, i think "astronomy" and "sky and telescope" magazines have good ones. If you will be doing a lot of work with one you might like to get a computer program... I think redshift is one, maybe old.... or a physical one that is representative of all seasons at a certain lattitude.
