Why is it when you are trying to look cool , you run into things or trip ?

I don't know this happend to me just last monday. I was doing the desk-hop thing and the desk fell over.

b/c that's fates way of laughing at you and kicking you in the face. I was at a band concert in highschool one time, and as i was walking on the walkway on the second level, i hit what i thought was one metal tube. NO. it was like 60 metal tubes that are used as railings and stuff, and they all fell onto the gym floor with an echo that if you are really quiet you can still hear it. I just promptly turned around and left, the entire time wondering if i should fall down and act like i was having a seizure or just throw myself over the ledge as well.

It's just all silly. I was on the treadmill at the gym the other day when a guy walked up. I tripped and almost fell flat on my face. I think he was flattered.
