Waiting until you are 19 for your first kiss is unrealistic. Most girls have their first kiss a lot sooner than that. Tell her and assure her that you are planning to take it very slowly. If she finds out about your boyfriend, she won't trust you. Just be honest; you have nothing bad to hide.

Tell her!! She can't do anything after all anyways... She can't undo the time and prevent you from the kiss.. The worst thing you may get is your mum asks you to break him up but hey, tell your mum you are only 14 and want to be loved as special person. So you wouldnt be fooled by someone else when you get older

Do you risk making her angry? How is your relationship woth your mom? Are you usually open about things, do you normally discuss everything with her? If so then I suggest it's ok to tell her, because that way she knows that you do not have a problem telling her anything and she will have peace of mind knowing that if something were to happen you would tell her.

I think you should sit down with her and be like:
"look mom, i know you didn't want this to happen, but i think i can handel myself. I met this guy, and i really like him, and he treats me right...he's so nice too. Anyways...he's my boyfriend...and i don't want to hide this from you anymore...because your my mom and i know you'll like him. I'm not going to do anything like that with him, but we have kissed. Nothing too serious...just a kiss. I want you to meet him..."
She'll react how ever she does...she can get mad, but know she'll soon have to get over it...or she will be reallly happy for you. I hope it's the secound one and she says something like "When can i meet him?"...but...i hope it goes good with you! Good luck!! You shouldn't hide this stuff from your mom. God Bless!!!
