I was born and grew up in central New Jersey. It was OK. I think NJ gets a bad rap, but there are great beaches, pretty suburban towns, and it's close to the city. I don't live there anymore, but I enjoyed it while I did.

I used to live in NJ. I lived there for 4 years. I love it there. I don't know why people hate it so much. Especially people from New York. New Jersey is a great place. I live in California now. It really depends where in a state you live. You can't say you hate it when you've only been to one place and it happens to be the worst.

I'm originally from NJ, but thankfully, I don't live there anymore...although I miss the good Italian food...
