Don't drink pop. You can loose 10 Ibs by just not drinking pop or sugary beverages. Drink nothing but water. Caffinated, sugary beverages, add 10 Ibs and puff you up. Seriously.
Also, exercise more. A little bit goes a long way. Park further away from the store, walk the dog, go for a walk with your friend, do some house work, all of these things burn fat and can even tone.
Try this:
-Eat your meals on a smaller plate and eat your meals slow (this tricks your brain into thinking you are full because your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach)
-Skip snacking no matter how hungry you are
-Eat healthier and eat according to portion sizes (a portion is the size of your fist)
-Drink lots of water
-Don't eat after supper try 2 hours before bed or past 7pm.
-Always eat breakfast, you will actually lose weight just by not skipping this meal (it should be your biggest meal of the day) and supper should be the smallest meal of the day).
-Eat lots of fibre this will clean you out.

The best way is always to start eating healthy and to exercise. It's important to remember that you have to burn more calories than you take in. Here's a tip though, don't stop snacking and eating tiny little meals. It's important to keep your metabolism going, so do eat snack in between your meals, just make them healthy ones. Things like almonds, fruit, veggies, ect. and do make sure not to over eat.
Another good thing to do is to eat a balance of everything. Make sure at your meals your getting a good balance of starch, fiber, protien, ect.

Not sure how much time you have in the morning before school starts, but I believe the only way to lose that much weight in just a few hours is to chop off a body part. I think one leg should do it.. ..maybe an arm if you're tall enough.

Depends on when your school starts, if you have comcast on demand they give you a varity of work outs that are useful such as pilates and cardio work outs. Also if you look through magazines, such as seventeen and teen people they give you work outs to do that help. I say just do pilates and cardio 20 min. a day and then you will lose a few pounds. But, it really depends on the amount of days you have.
