i know the moon is full, so the sky is not very dark. but it is clear at the moment.(i'm in West Yorkshire, UK).
I have just been out walking my dog, (2.15am) + i'm sure i saw 1. (shooting star)

about a dozen over the last week

I am in York and have spent 2 rs a night looking for them (apart from last night when it was cloudy) and htehy are getting more frequent.
I have seen three tonight already and am going out again soon.
they should peek about 3am sat night/sun morning.
And should be good till wed/thurs

not yet. maybe in a couple of days.

Overall, late July to mid-August is very rich in meteors. The Perseid maximum, just before mid-August (August 12/13), is fairly prolonged and quite rich.

not now but in india we've witnessed a big ROCK falling from the sky in gujarat, india in the rann of kutch some days ago
