Actually He was the man behind or rather instrumental in Thy Hand for the creation of idea and construction of Panchayat Raj Road in Palluruthy, Cochin - 682 006, Kerala State in India.

His wife is Pazhangat Bhargavi Amma and sons are Adv. Sri. Vijayan Elayitam , Prof. Sri. Radhakrishnan Elayitam and Sri. Mukundan Elayitam and the nephew is Sri. Unnikrishnan Elayitam, all from the Chelayil Elayitam Family.
