It would appear that none of the above are correct. I almost chose "C" as the correct answer until I happened to notice the lack of punctuation.

A side note: You spelled the word following wrong. "...fellowing..."

Well out of those choices I would say C since there is not a none of the above answer.

I don't think any of them are correct. A has two capital letters in the sentence. b well should be behind race, c there is no punctuation
