It depends on the Crime and their relationship to you. For Ex.. let's say you have this interview tomorrow for a kick *** job you've been waiting to come available. Your brother steals and totals your car tonight and you get stuck with the towing bill. Tomorrow comes and you miss the interview and so..the job. What do you do? Do you forgive BUT not forget?
By the way, this is a true story! I guess, that's my answer. Forgive but don't forget!

The thought of revenge in sweet but in reality very seldom works out and if it does comes with a high price for the venegence. It is probably better to forgive and forget. venegence takes a lot of time and effort that could probably be better used in something constructive.

i learned that revenge and hate take a lot of my energy and make me into someone i don't want to be, so i try to forgive and let go, but sometimes it hurts like hell because those people get away with it and i wonder if they will ever pay for their deed

I don't mean offense by this...but it's usually an immaturity that will immediately set a person on a course of revenge. As you grow older and learn more, you'll see that revenge doesn't satisfy at all...but further makes you feel very rotten about yourself. Now you're angry at the person who hurt you and angry at yourself for acting like a child.

Never return evil for evil. Not only did the bible tell us this....it's for a reason....if you do...the whole thing will backfire on you.

I just forgive and stay away from that person in the future. People who purposely do something bad to me aren't worth my time.

even if it is my brother.. then i plot out revenge.. it relies upon on what the guy did.. if it become like a prank or sumthin then i plot out revenge.. if it become some thing extra serious.. i ignore .. it relies upon on what the guy did to work out how lengthy it takes me to forgive... even in spite of the undeniable fact that, i cant carry grudges for lengthy.. like heavily.. 2 hours is variety of a max.. sorry for each of the elipses..
