I have my period but I am pregnant...I went to the ER and had an ultrasound confriming I was pregnant they even heard the babys heart beat and estimate I am about 2months....I took 3 pregnancy tests and all came back negitive but pos??? Its so confusing help me!!

Some women continue to have breakthrough bleeding their entire pregnancies, normally around the time that their normal period would come. A heartbeat is a good sign that the baby is there and was OK, but the bleeding could also be a sign of impending miscarriage. Did you ask the doctor at the ER what was going on? You really need proper medical advice on exactly what is happening as we here can only offer guesses.
The ultrasound will be correct, you are pregnant so ignore the preg. tests. But I think you should see a doctor again and ask why you are bleeding and maybe arrange another ultrasound after you stop bleeding to make sure you didn't miscarry and the baby is still healthy.

It's possible to still have your period while pregnant. Just accept the fact that you are pregnant and stop worrying about your period. Realize that over the counter tests aren't 100% effective either.

My wife had a period while she was pregnant and the OB/GYN said that was OK. Not normal, but not bad either. She only had one. I would definately go see your doctor and make sure nothing's wrong.

its not uncommon to have a period at the beginning of a pregnancy or to even bleed some through out the pregnancy. Or maybe you are miscarrying?

It is possible and been know to happen for women to be pregnant and still get their period. However, I really think you should discuss this with a doctor or nurse practioner.

Maybe you don't have enough of the pregnancy hormone yet or something go to your doc and ask them.

well u dont have ur period when ur pregnant. that's odd. tell ur doctor about it. u prbably have but if ur period is coming out that means it your ur body is not nutrulizing the baby.

my cousin had her period until she was 4 months pregnant. i have heard its normal.
