um first of al you need to time intercourse right. Women are most fertile about 2 weeks after they start their period. Assuming they have a reg cycle (28-32 days) So, your first day of your period is day 1 start having sex on day 9 through 17. Also it may help to but ovulation tests. They can be picked up at any drug store and are usually with the pregnancy tests. Good luck!

Have you started tracking your ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit? This would be a good place to start. It will allow you to make sure you are ovulating and help you time when you should have sex. If you discover you are not ovulating or you try for 6 more months with no luck, I would go to an infertility specialist where they can conduct more in depth testing to determine why you are not conceiving. Good luck!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Best way: the natural way. Are you doing it right?
Cheapest way: Try doing it right for one year everyday. OB-GYN can help.
Medical: Consult a doctor with your partner. Options for treatment can range from simple dilatation to in vitro fertilization and implantation.
Without a partner? Get a good respectable job and adopt a baby.

get an ovulation kit use it everyday, have sex at the right time, take pre-natal vitamins, such as folic acid, drink green tea, no drugs or aclohol, eat lots of green vegetables! and most of all relax, don't think about it everytime you have sex, wondering if this is going to be the one, trust me it will work. If you don't think about getting pregnant, you'll get pregnant!!

I have met some people who are trying to get pregnant and they fail. I say don't try just let things be, it will happen when it happens.
