Like any leadership position, it is stressful sometimes, I'm sure.

You will be working with people. People have their opinions and feeling and circumstances. You will have to work all of it out in order for the team to be functional. There are circumstances outside of your control, too, like somebody forgot to unlock the gym for your last rehearsal and so on.

Good luck. It is difficult but rewarding to have a learedship role associated with dancing.

Of course, Leadership is if nothing Else stressful, but also it's Rewarding ;) Try 2 get multiple in sync, its not always easy. And dealing with teens in High School, grabbing their attention is essential!

Yeah, when you're a drill sargeant, you can get pretty dang stressed - all that screaming and all.

Absolutely not. The kids are ALWAYS ready, ALWAYS in time with each other, ALWAYS have their gear with them and NEVER talk while you are trying to explain something to them.
