The two women my husband was with before he met and married me were real umm how should i say? I'm gonna go with "horndogs". I am much more reserved in that arena. Since he had never been with anyone who wasn't a horndog, he thinks that's strange. I am curious to know how often people in relationships really are getting lucky! Is he right that most people are horndogs? I know he would be especially interested in getting some data related to average frequency (let's say # per week) of giving/receiving a "beejer".

Depends on the age, the person, etc...everyone has a different sex drive that is controlled by age. Some are over the top, some are really way down there. When I was younger, 20-40, average was every other day. Well, that first year was everyday, some times 2-3 times a day on the weekends. But, as time marched by, (and all over my body), it has slowed down to twice a week (I am in my mid 60's now). Everyone is different. Many of my contemps don't have sex at all, others have it every chance they get...to each his own. That is how it goes. Good luck

LOL! I love the "horndogs" comment (it was funny). No, not everyone is a horndog (teehee) but on average my husband and I get lucky about4-5x a week, sometimes none a week. It depends on our energy levels. As far as the "beejer" is concerned, I'd say 2x/wk, sometimes none at all. If I don't feel like doing it on a particular day, I say so. My husband is very understanding about this (that's why I love him so much).

Okay, so lets stick with the last one. How bout, Every single time we have sex My wife and I give and receive oral. The number might vary by week of, 7 to 0, depends on whats going on, work, health, etc.
And whats 'Average?' 'Horndogs?' I think I'd be asking WHY you are much more reserved in that area. Whats holding you back from embracing your husband nightly and fully enjoying yourself?

I am married with 2 children, we get it on at LEAST 4 times a week and thats just actual sex.....that doesnt include fooling around, and somedays we do both or do one of the above mentioned twice in a day.......I guess it just depends on the person and the sex drive!
I guess if you want to figure average, then when this is done take everyones numbers and add them up, then divide by the number of people who posted, that will get you a rough estimate.

What does average matter?
If I tell you average is once a day, is it your plan to have sex with him once day?
What if I said twice a week, would you then go with twice a week?
Average means nothing in a relationship. Don't you want your relationship to be above average, or beyond average? The average marriage is probably not a very good one.
Average also does not satisfy the needs of your spouse. He needs you to need him. You're suppose to be in love, and how is love expressed (supposedly sex is an expression of love), so let you're desire for him abound. You should make life special for your partner.
But it's up to you...

Well I have a very high sex drive too. If I had it my way it would be twice a day for the beejer and once for the other. When he moves in look out honey.LOL. But to be serious alot of ladies don't have a high sex drive. So average is what you like to do not what the ex's were. Good luck.

Having been married for over twenty years now, and speaking only for myself, I can say my wife and I "get together" at least once a week. There were tougher times when kids were young of course, but I think the trick is to make it a priority for you two to share intimate time together. Life can get in the way with work, kids, etc., but make the concerted effort to go on dates and flirt with one another! It makes the likelihood of getting together much more possible!

Well I'm gonna say this....If he was doing it right you wouldn't want him to stop. Maybe you shouldn't be so reserved and try to open up so you guys can try different things and he could really rock your world. Then you'd be on the horny side of the fence with the rest of us horndogs.

My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years and have a 1 year old son... we still average having sex at least 5-6 times a week.... as for oral, sometimes we'll do it as foreplay but as for doing it till one of us "finishes"...maybe once a week at most and if he gets it then so do I.
