That person moved away to TO - s/he is running away from huge debts.
I am wrongfully held responsible for one of the debts and it's definitely not my responsibility to pay for it.

I know the person's cell phone number (won't answer my calls - I have no other way to reach the person).
How can I find this person's address?
S/He is here in Canada.

Don't call from your number or use *67 (she may have caller ID). Get a friend to call her and do the talking. If you know one of her former friends have your friend pretend to be that person and ask for her address. Have a plan that you think will trick that person into revealing her address. Good luck.
