My mom has this 2002 Nokia Tracphone model#252C and the serial# is 21807555591. She doesn't exactly know how to add minutes to her phone. Please help! Best answer gets 10 points thanks!

read the instructions on the pre-paid card. It will tell you the exact way how to do it. you call a number...follow the steps, enter the cell number and the 1800 number from the pre-paid card when told and then the lady on the message will tell you how many minutes were added and other options. Just hang up.

When you received the phone, there was a customer service number to call to get help with adding minutes. You also can log on to the Internet at TracPhone.com and there will be a link there for you to add minutes.

i have a tracfone.. there really good.. uh.. go to walmart and usually by the registers or in the electronics dept. there are cards that says tracfone on it. then it will say how many minutes the card has... buy one then on the back it should have a scratch off thing (like on lottery tickets) scratch that off then go to your phone and go under prepaid. then go to redeem airtime. then type in the code and ur ready to go.. u'll get a text message when ur minutes are transfered. ... thanx .. either go online to www.tracfone.com or go into most retail establisments like Kmart Walmart Sams Clubs Costco's or other retailers to buy the refill Cards.

tracfone is the hardest fone to add min. I have on and call the 800 number because its so hard...tell her to call they are very nice in Miami.
