Our library is like a small mini mall that consists of books, vast study rooms, lounging area, a performing stage (in another part of the library) and even a bookstore inside of the library. The library even consists of their own book club and drama club for all teens to join. The library is a great place to just lay back and relax and also study if you had to. In a way, it's good that the library is empty so you can do all of your studying and meet up for study groups and things like that, but it's also go that it isn't crowded so you could focus on what you have to do. If I had the time, i'd go into the library everyday after school and study or just read a magazine. In conclusion to the details, i'm just wondering why, if you have a vast area like our library, why isn't is being used as much?

At my school everyone is in the library. It is the best place to get coffee and the only place to get work done.

They go there to get away from everyone and to kick back and read in a quiet environment. I go there to use the Internet and sometimes study and do work. I think few people go there because they may think it is lame to go to the library. The young people anyway. It is used a good bit I think. I should know it is like my second home! In conclusion I would say the times of the day and week you go to the library it is kind of vacant. If you go up there at about 12:00 p.m. it is packed on some days. T.S. I would greatly appreciate it if you chose my answer for the best answer!!!

Wow, what a great library. I wish our public library had half that stuff. I actually envy you that your library is empty. As when I went to college, our library was near the student union so everyone hung out at the library. Most people were doing work, but it was still overcrowded (for my taste) and noisy.

However, the internet was not as much a part of everyday life when I went. That could make a big difference. It is much easier to get the info off of a computer search than to actually search the library for info.

I think it's too quiet. I never study in my school's library. Though I used to really love going when I was little.

It would defeat the purpose.

its quiet and relaxing, you can do your work there.

its not loud, crowded and distracting.

what im saying is, the people that originally made the place great, would be gone because the qualites about it would be gone.
