Superman, he has the speed, hearing and strength that can rival Spiderman's powers, plus he can fly which beats Spidey's climbing walls. So using heat vision or even superbreath Superman could win. Then if Spidey even got any Kryptonite on his person Superman could get him from a distance.

Superman. Spidey's not fast enough. Superman could basically take him out from low earth orbit.

none... i prefer Wolferine from X-men.... superman and spiderman, one born with natural power and one was turn into a super hero.... but the life they lead look so miserable and the responsibilty of protecting is earth is too much for me... :P

Neither. Supes is allergic to K and spidey ain't too hot since he done tole the whole world who he was. Poor Jand and Aunt May has too much to deal with at present. I's HATE the CIVIL WAR.
