Good Question. I'm using a Verizon V-620 Air Card. I First went On-Line last February. It Worked Great until Mid-June, when the Verizon Office Opened Here in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Now, the Service is actually worse than Low-Speed Dial-Up.The Signal frequently Disconnects, and "This Page Not Available" will come on repeatedly.I did not have this Problem until Mid-June.Verizon denies any Responsibility, and has come out with a "Customer Agreement" which I did not Sign, Stating that They can do whatever They want, and get away with it ! The Air Card was $250, the Connection Fee $35, and a 12 Month Contract, which I'm Paying $60 Per Month for Poor to Non-existent Service ! That's over $1,000 ! Now, is Humidity causing that ?

If you are comparing the internet speed, cold.

Sometimes your satelite lockes up. Usually the light above internet flashes quickly. If you want to fix that, unplug your router. Make sure you only unplug the power cord. Make sure you DO NOT unplug any other cords and esecially the reset button.
It might take two or three times to unplug.

just as with any hard drive, the best atmosphere is a cool dry room. Humidity can cause problems.
