When am I supposed to change my pad?

It depends on how heavy your flow is and what size pad you are using. Check it every few hours and if it is damp and not soaking up everything, the it's probably TOO full. You'll begin to learn to gauge how often you need to change it. In the first few days of your period you'll probably need to change it every couple of hours. As your period tapers off, you may only spot a tiny bit and may only need a couple of pads a day.

I think you should change it like every 3-4 hours if you have a really heavy flow then mayb you should change it a little more often. If you have a light flow a little fewer i think you get it.
