Are you looking for a birth son that you gave up for adoption? If so there are websites that let you post on them and there are alot of children that post looking for their birth mothers.
I will try to find some of them for you and let you know. After you tell us if this is your situation.
You dont say if he ran away or if he was adopted out or what.
